Two days left to Sign Circle!
Deaf Parents Deaf Children will be running a workshop on Saturday from 11 to 12.30am at the Maginn House. If you are coming to Sign Circle please come and join us.
We will be doing a short presentation on DPDC, we tell everyone about the unique challenges that deaf parents face these days – then we will open the floor so parents can ask everyone for advice or share stories to find support from other parents and observers. This is so parents can hook up with other parents and continue discussions over the weekend!
We have a DPDC Camping Zone, with space for 10 tents. You will find the DPDC Zone between the information tent and the barrier/walkway to the toilets and showers. Please email me on hello@deafparentsdeafchildren.co.uk if you would like to camp with other DPDC families. Spaces are reserved on a first come first served basis.
On Friday from 5pm to 6pm we are organising some small ice-breaker games to get all the DPDC kids introduced to each other before the weekend starts. Please come and find us in the Raising Hands tent!
